What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tontine ships to addresses within the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our global reach soon.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We are committed to ethical sourcing. Over 80% of our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified, and our wood products are sourced from FSC-certified forests.
